ReplyDeleteHi Rachel: the recipe is from the November issue of Gourmet, but for some reason, I couldn't find a link on the epicurious site. I will post the link as soon as it's up, or I'll just type it up and send to you. It sounds great (tomato, dill, feta, a little cinnamon...)
ReplyDeleteRight on with date night and the slow food event! Great combo. We were lucky enough to visit the recent Slow Food Nation taste pavilions up here -- very fun, very filling events :)
ReplyDeleteCan I come over on Thursday? Or maybe it's time for me to make my mom's meatloaf and potatoes. I request that meal every year on my birthday. YUM!
ReplyDeletei so want to try that vietnamese fried rice!
ReplyDeleteSarah: the fried rice is soooo good. I haven't made it in awhile, but it is a keeper.
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love how everyone has a "Mom's Meatloaf" recipe? My mom's is the only one I've ever really liked. :)
