More Heath Ceramics. This Time For Kids!

I just saw this on Apartment Therapy: Ohdeedoh and had to share. Apparently, Heath Ceramics is making a kids set! I couldn't find any information about it on the Heath Ceramics site, so we will just have to trust our friends at Ohdeedoh. It will be available October 1st.

I can't remember which post you were asking about melamine- but it is made of formaldehyde, which is obviously a carcinogen.

180/360: I am so bummed to find that out about melamine, although I didn't have a good feeling about it. We have tons of cute kids dishes that, I guess, will be headed for the trash. Why??? Why do they make kids stuff out of known carcinogens?? This issue just makes me crazy.

I know!!! I don't know why they make so many things out of all of these dangerous chemicals. It's baffling that more people don't question it.
