Lemon Cucumbers.

Have you tried them? B has been growing these beauties in the garden, and he just informed me we will have at least a hundred before the season is finished. Aren't they pretty?

Today I'm going to try a little salad of the cucumbers, sliced tomatoes and rice wine vinegar. I need to think of some other ways to use them too.

i LOVE cucumbers. when i was pregnant they were all i could eat. oh, i am so jealous - these look to die for! maybe with some lox, dill and cream cheese on toast points?
