Forgot to post this yesterday. Things are just a wee bit busy right about now.

Monday

Chicken Noodle Soup
Salad from the garden (greens, carrots, radish) with homemade croutons and Parmesan Balsamic Vinaigrette ("the brown salad dressing" as C-Man calls it)

Tuesday

Mushroom Risotto
Grilled Italian Sausages

Wednesday

French Onion Soup
Salad

Thursday

Leftovers

Friday

Dinner with friends

That french onion soup is screaming to me. Do you have a favorite recipe. I think I might make some this weekend. Yum!

So I'm finally coming to realize that we're both soup lovers. I've always wanted to make French onion soup at home. Could you share your recipe?
