I am DY-ing over the girls' clothes by Pink Chicken.(I don't know how Baby J has lived this long without that swimsuit and matching swim cap.)

  2. Oh my goodness...do they have that paisley dress in my size?!

My niece is turning three soon (DUMPLING) and I'd love to get her something beachy and cute like this. But they only sell the dresses and skirts in whole sizes - she's a rather lithe girly - do you think I should get a dress or skirt in 2T or 4T? I am so clueless about this sort of thing.
