Train journeys are great, especially when you aren't in a hurray and the views are wonderful. So relaxing too. And great people watching. They aren't so great when you have to take the train to work day after day and they are late or cancelled (thats me remembering my life of working in London!). Looks like the kiddies were loving it.
You guys are so freaking cute. I love the one of the kids in the window and peeking out for the train - I bet they loved it. They really do make travel in Europe so much easier.
yes, love them, EXCEPT the ones where the a/c isn't working and/or the ones that slightly smell like urine. we only had that happen twice though. good odds? or maybe bad?
Yes they are great. One learns quite quickly to never, ever use the restroom aboard an Italian train while it's still at the station. As the Hubs abruptly found out.
