I've missed MPM too. Gets me motivated to be more of a meal planner. That spinach/berry salad sounds wonderful. We'll have some baby spinach soon, so I may copy you.

Everything sounds delicious! Say, could you elaborate more on the artichokes? Preparation, and most importantly, how do you eat them? (sorry for the silly question). I want to try cooking some but have been too intimidated. Does the stuffing stay on the leaves..do you use a fork, I'm so confused!
