I've also made that squash salad before it is delicious!
I too feel like I'm on the endless search for the best chili recipe- let us know how it turns out.. So going to try the pear & chocolate brioche-YUM;)

ReplyDeleteI made Texas red chile a couple of weeks ago (from Epicurious) and it was delicious, but too salty. Called for a T of salt in the chili paste... I'd add just a little next time, and then adjust after as needed. Making again soon.
